Return policy

As BohoKidss, we care about customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them under the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
• Specially produced and personalized products are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Submit your return request by sending an e-mail to info@bohokidss.com.
2. After confirmation, the return address will be shared with you.
3. After the product reaches us, your payment will be refunded within 5 business days .

Note: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (excluding damaged items).
